Christmas Morning

On Christmas morning, we woke up at the very nice 7:30, put the breakfast casserole in and got Dad and Grandpa Bill up to open presents at 8:30. Max didn't last long (nap times apparently will not wait for even Santa!), but he had a great time playing with his many prizes.
Surveying the bounty in Max's new Christmas pjs (thanks, Aunt Elizabeth L.!!)
Fun Alphabet Blocks given by Aunt Cara on Christmas Eve.
The now old-standby, Elmo
Bottles, too, trump presents.
Nap time cannot wait...

Merry Christmas to all!

Aunt Elizabeth's Visit--2009 Christmas Presents, Round 1

Aunt Elizabeth L. brought over Max's first Christmas present to open on Christmas Eve Eve. Granted he was more interested in walking around the chaise lounge than actually opening the present, but with a little coaxing he became enamored with his very own Elmo puppet!
Thank you, Aunt Elizabeth!!
